It’s weird how your beliefs of how far you can go are holding you back. I remember when I first started I thought I could NEVER touch a girl on the shoulder/hip on the opener… when I tried it a bunch of times (being scared shitless of course) I was astounded at how woman weren’t even responding to it in a negative way. Same goes for hugs and other touches.

Like this article says, challenge your beliefs and see how far you can go.

This hasn’t actually happened to me…but usually if there’s someone on the morning commute who I know, I’ll chat to them instead of cold approaching others.

If, however, I’m forming the approach habit – I’d make sure to strike up a new conversation as well (or do it later in my lunch break).

Nice piece keychain!

Will be knocking along to the Dublin event, providing I am in the country, with some friends who were also at the event with 5.0 and Daxx a few weeks back. They are good ambassadors for love systems.
